Cindy began her journey into the Photographic Arts in 2009, shortly after focusing her work on documenting the streets of NYC and Urban environments around the world. She focuses on the grit, the rubble and the universal struggle to find peace and balance as a person of color, and as a woman in a Western world and American society. Cindy also focuses on social justice Art Education, using a variety of art forms to engage youth in developing community and self empowerment.
